Registration For Religious Formation begins
Friday, JUNE 9, 2023 – Sunday, September 3, 2023

Orientation Meeting: Sunday, September 10th @ 9am
Church Hall (Parents w/children)

For registration see Parish Secretary Ms. Vera
and BRING the following:

Baptismal Records
Payment of $50 per child (includes
registration fees and required materials)
Church dues must be paid and up to date

Parish office hours for registration are below:
Friday, 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
Saturday, 3:00 pm -- 8:00 pm
Sunday, 9:00 am -- 7:00 pm
